Join AuroOrchard team
AuroOrchard is the oldest and one of the largest farms in Auroville. The mission for the farm, since Mother started it in 1968, has been to ‘grow food for Auroville’. The farm grows fruits and vegetables and has chickens, cows and about 25 people working in the team.
There are 10-12 Aurovilians involved in the farm, the largest number on any farm in Auroville. It is a diverse team experimenting with collective ways of managing the farm, of working together and growing the highest quality of food possible for the city devoted to the evolution of consciousness.

There is no pre-requirement of any skill, just goodwill and commitment.
